About KR Fitness

Our goal is to help disabled and elderly people stay mobile and active. Perhaps you are looking to lose weight, gain weight or muscle mass. We work with everyone but specialise in personal training and adaptive fitness for people with disabilities and the elderly.

24/7 Support
We are here to support you on your fitness journey with support via WhatsApp whenever you need it.

Personal Training
All personal training programmes are tailored to the individual ensuring you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible. We also provide nutritional advice on an individual basis.

Community Group Training
Group training for people with a range of disabilities and group training sessions catering for everyone.

Online Training
Online training classes are fun and effective. Learn safe and appropriate exercises, and keep on top of your fitness from the comfort of your own home. Our sessions are between 45 minutes and an hour.

About Ken Rogan

Ken grew up in Newcastle upon Tyne. He attended Percy Hedley school from the age of 3 to 18 and then studied at Portland College in Mansfield. Ken has a Sports Science degree, he has also studied fundraising.

Ken has level 2 and level 3 Personal Training qualifications, and an Injury Performance qualification.

KR Fitness was set up in 2020. Ken works with individuals and groups, both online and in person.

Ken lives independently with his wife, who is also disabled. In his spare time he volunteers with a local food bank and in common with most Geordies supports Newcastle United.
